Housing Services
Permanent Supportive Housing
We offer housing assistance to individuals who are chronically homeless and live with either physical and/or mental disabilities. The program supplies a stable living environment with case management and guidance, helping move residents realize greater independence and stability.
Low Income Housing
This program provides housing for individuals that have very low wages and need housing stability at an affordable rate.
Rapid Re-housing
This program serves as an intervention designed to help individuals that are newly homeless or at risk for homelessness to quickly exit or prevent homelessness with nominal support. Support may include negotiating the elimination or reduction of rental balances, rental and/or security deposit assistance, provisions for basic needs or moving costs.
Hotel Vouchers
In rare and emergency cases, we may provide hotel vouchers for those who qualify to be temporarily housed in a hotel/motel until a more permanent solution can be established. Hotel vouchers are always subject to external funding.
